Web apps & MVPs

/ What it is

Software with accounts, data and rules behind it. The hard part is rarely the screens — it is the model underneath, and the decisions that turn out to be expensive to reverse.

An MVP should be small and real, not a demo that collapses under a second user. We build the narrow version properly: a correct data model, sane authentication, tests where they earn their keep, and a deployment you can ship to on a Friday.

That includes the unglamorous work. Migrating a production authentication platform between identity providers with no user-facing disruption — no forced re-registration, no downtime, no dropped sessions — is the kind of thing that decides whether a product survives its own growth.

/ How it works

01

Model the domain

The data and the rules first. Screens follow from that, not the other way round.

02

Build the narrow path

The smallest genuinely usable version, shipped in weekly cuts you can try.

03

Harden it

Authentication, permissions, error paths, and tests on the logic that would hurt if it broke.

04

Ship and support

Deployment, monitoring, and someone who knows the codebase when it needs changing.

/ What you get

  • A working, deployed application
  • Accounts and permissions, where the product needs them
  • Admin tooling for your team
  • Integrations with the services you already use
  • Tests on the logic that matters, and documentation for the rest
