AI automation & custom agents

/ What it is

Most AI projects stall between demo and production. The demo works because someone chose the inputs; production breaks because real data is messy, real users ask unexpected things, and nobody owns the thing when it drifts.

We build agents and automations that run against real workloads — wired into the tools and data you already have, with the failure paths thought through. Documentation that maintains itself as work happens. Assistants that answer across documentation, code and chat history. Automation that removes a recurring task rather than adding a new one to supervise.

We are opinionated about how. On one knowledge assistant, vector-database retrieval was evaluated and rejected: agent-driven search over the real sources proved more accurate and far simpler to operate than maintaining an embedding pipeline that silently went stale. The right architecture is the one you can still run in a year.

/ How it works

01

Find the real task

The recurring work worth automating — and the work that is cheaper left alone.

02

Prototype against real data

Your actual messy inputs, not a curated sample. This is where most ideas change shape.

03

Wire it in

Connected to the tools you already use, with permissions and failure paths handled.

04

Run it

Monitoring, cost control, and tuning once it meets real usage.

/ What you get

  • A working agent or automation running against your real data
  • Integrations with your existing tools and data sources
  • A chat or agent interface, where people need to talk to it
  • Accuracy evaluation, plus cost and usage monitoring
  • Documentation of how it works and what to do when it misbehaves
